Relocation done right
with clearly defined steps

1. Registration
Create a personal profile in our relocation dashboard – it’s free and non-binding. Registration can be completed by you personally, or by your employer, HR department, or recruiter.

2. Collection of relevant data
In the next step, basic information is entered – such as the planned date of entry, preferred place of residence, residence status, and the type of support required.

3. Submission of information
The data is transmitted in encrypted form to our relocation team.

4. Internal review & assignment
Our team reviews the submitted information and assigns the request to a suitable contact person within the relocation service.

5. Consultation & coordination
We will contact you promptly – via email, FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp – to coordinate how we can concretely implement your plans for Germany together.

6. Entry & Arrival in Germany
Once all documents, appointments and arrangements are in place, the journey can begin – marking the start of a new chapter in Germany.

Even after arrival, we support with registration, tax ID, childcare, language courses and more.

To ensure that arrival turns into long-term success, our digital integration tool and mentoring app guide both the expat and the employer – structured, personal and always accessible.
