International professionals create a profile including all relevant information – qualifications, work experience, language skills, and possible starting date for employment in Germany.

Registered companies in Germany can browse anonymized applicant profiles – in a privacy-compliant, cost-free, and structured way.

If interested, the employer initiates the first contact directly through the system. Moderation is available upon request.

If an agreement is reached, the company selects the appropriate relocation package – tailored to the industry, company size, and integration needs

5. Automated Contract Template, Legal Framework & relocation Services

Upon request, our system generates a standardized (editable) employment contract – particularly helpful for small businesses without an internal HR department.
Handling company-specific agreements with discretion and care is a matter of course for us.
